Admission to RDC2021
In order to start registration process for RDC2021, as a first step you should submit application HERE.
Applications are being accepted and reviewed on a rolling admission basis, as long as space is available and admission decisions are made within 7 work days. Admitted applicants are notified by email and are asked to confirm their position and complete registration.
Participants and presenters are carefully selected based on their merit as well as professional and personal background in order to ensure that different perspectives are represented in a safe, culturally and professionally diverse environment.
Due to limited space in the conference and competitive admission process, we strongly encourage early applications in order to secure a spot.

* Co-authors of the paper who are not attending the conference but want to be listed in the index of authors in the official conference proceedings publication are requested to register at applicable fee. Otherwise, co-authors who are not attending the conference and do not request to be indexed in the publication are not charged any additional fee.

Registration fee includes
- Conference brochure in a digital format
- Invoice of the registration fee
- Admission to all virtual conference sessions
- Review of the paper and its publication in the official conference proceedings (for authors)
- Presentation of accepted paper in a virtual format either as a video or digital poster presentation (for authors)
- Copy of the conference proceedings
- Certificate of attendance (and certificate of presented paper for presenters)
Cancellation policy:
If cancellation is made before 15th of April 2021 the full payment minus transfer charges will be refunded. 16th of April 2021 - 1st of June 2021, 50% of the fees will be refunded. No refunds will be given after 1st of June 2021.
The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made.
