About 5th Rural Development Conference (RDC2026)
The Rural Development Conference (RDC) was created to provide a dedicated international forum for meaningful dialogue, research exchange, and collaboration across all fields related to rural development, agriculture, sustainable livelihoods, and community empowerment. As a truly global gathering, RDC brings together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, educators, and community leaders who share a commitment to improving rural livelihoods, resiliency, and sustainable development worldwide.
RDC2026 consists of two main components:

At RDC, we believe in the experience of life, that one learns and is more active when engaging with others and the world in which they are in. We help cultivate and encourage connections, discussions and networking with the other attendees to have deeper conversations while connecting on lifelong levels. |
We also believe in service and giving back, that is why at every conference we find a Local business or local non-profit organizations to support and uplift while we are in country. Rural Development Conference supports education of children from kindergarten to university levels from the Bangkok slums, in collaboration with Duang Prateep Foundation Thailand.

About the Organizer
The Rural Development Conference is organized by Tomorrow People Organization, an international, multidisciplinary organization with over two decades of experience in designing and hosting academic and professional conferences around the world.
For more than 20 years, Tomorrow People Organization has created spaces that bring together thousands of participants from over 100 countries, fostering collaboration across education, public health, sustainable development, social sciences, policymaking, and global community-building.
