Admission & Fees — RDC2026
Admission to the 5th Rural Development Conference (RDC2026), an international academic and professional conference on rural development, agriculture, and community empowerment in Bangkok, Thailand (1–3 November 2026), is open to researchers, practitioners, policymakers, educators, and other stakeholders.
Participants may join in person or remotely. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and decisions are typically issued within seven business days.

Registration Steps
- Submit Your Application – Complete the online form selecting your participation type (Presenter, Co-Presenter, Attendee, Student). Space is limited and early registration is encouraged.
- Review & Approval – Applications are evaluated through a streamlined review process. Upon approval, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete registration and payment.
- Secure Your Spot – Once the registration fee has been received, your participation is confirmed and access to the conference program (or virtual platform, for remote participants) is granted.

* We cannot guarantee the availability of spots for onsite registration. Onsite registration is subject to availability of spots and is offered to observers only, on first-come first-served basis. Presenters are required to complete their registration and secure spots in advance. After 15th of October 2026, presenters may register only for poster presentations, if space is available.
** Presenters who do not physically attend the conference may opt for either poster, pre-recorded video or live streamed presentation. Remote presenters may upgrade to in-person attendance up to 2 months prior to a start of the program, at the latest. Subject to availability of spots.
*** If more co-authors of the same paper/ presentation register for attending the conference, one must register at full admission fee.
**** Full time students attending the conference as observers only. Proof of full-time student status will be required

What Your Registration Includes
- Conference brochure in a digital format
- Conference kit: conference bag, hard copy of the conference program, notebook, pen, conference name tag and gift (for in-person attendees)
- Invoice of the registration fee
- Admission to all conference sessions (for in-person attendees)
- Snacks, coffee and lunch breaks throughout the conference (for in-person attendees)
- Review of the paper and its publication in the official conference proceedings (for authors)
- Presentation of accepted paper/ presentation or workshop
- Copy of the conference proceedings
- E-Certificate of attendance (hard copy of the certificate for for in-person attendees)
Payment Methods
Depending on the selected participation type, your registration may include:
- Conference brochure (digital format)
- Conference kit for in-person participants (for example: conference bag, printed program, notebook, pen, name tag, and a small gift)
- Official invoice for the registration fee
- Admission to all conference sessions (for in-person attendees)
- Coffee breaks, snacks, and lunches during the official conference program (for in-person attendees)
- Review of submitted paper/presentation and its inclusion in the conference proceedings (for authors, where applicable)
- Presentation of accepted paper, case study, or project (for presenters)
- Access to the virtual platform and selected sessions (for remote participants)
- Copy of conference proceedings (digital or printed, depending on conference policy)
- Certificate of Participation for all registered participants
- Certificate of Presentation for presenters
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If cancellation is made before 15th of February 2026 the full payment minus transfer charges will be refunded. 16th of February 2026 - 1st of July 2026, 50% of the fees will be refunded. No refunds will be given after 1st of July 2026.
